Banking Team

America's Investment Banking team consists of creative and tenacious bankers focused on under-served small- to mid-cap publics and mid- to late stage private companies. Our bankers have deep domain expertise and broad product knowledge, and provide first class execution capabilities in the following areas:

  • Private financings, including private placements and PIPEs

Over the course of their careers, our bankers have collectively executed more than $26 billion in M&A transactions and more than $16 billion in financings to date. Moreover, our bankers are able to facilitate transactions due to strong relationships developed over many years with public and private corporate leaders as well as institutional and private equity investors.
